What is Camp Well?

Camp Well is a 5-month spiritual formation experience. It begins September 1st with online content and teaching. November 4th-7th, 2024, I will gather in person with 40 other women for 4 days to continue working through the curriculum that will help us live in union with Jesus, live in unity with one another and live unleashed to bring the Kingdom near. 

Why do I want to go?

God has taken me on an unexpected journey this year, my 33rd year of life, that has quite resembled the wrestling match Jacob experienced in the Old Testament. After many months of trying to brush off the disappointment of being single in my 30s, I have finally been invited to look it in the face and address it head-on. I have finally been able to name the feelings of hopelessness, grief, despair, and shame that have subtly crept in over time, and this has pushed me to seek healing on a deeper level. The questions I am currently working through are, “how do you continue to move forward in life when it doesn’t look the way you thought it would at this age?” and “How do you live a meaningful, joy-filled life even while holding onto profound disappointment?”

I am believing that my time spent at Camp Well will aid in the healing journey I have already begun. It is my desire to live an abundant life, full of fervor and zest, and I am believing for God to heal the things that are hindering this. 

Will you to join me in prayer for this to be accomplished? 

I also want to experience Jesus’ love for me in a way that deeply satisfies, and I am believing with hopeful anticipation that He will do this.
