DISCIPLESHIP RESOURCES

We desire to build out a 12-month Camper Journey that will include discipleship resources, guided prayer retreats, leadership training, bible studies, a podcast and more.

UNLEASHING COMMUNIties

In response to Jesus’s command to “go make disciples” we desire to equip our alumni to be disciplemakers. We are taking the Camp Well experience into local communities and organizations.

SUSTAINABLE OPERATIONS

In order to sustain our scaled vision we need to scale our operations. This includes off-setting the costs of our venues, expanding our team, offering scholarships and building out more systems.

In Ephesians 3, Paul prays that we would not just know God but experience His love together in community. We strive to create gatherings focused on experiential spiritual formation where, within community, we are transformed by the Spirit. When the Church gathers, profound transformation happens: individuals are personally changed, and as they witness God’s work in others’ lives, their gifts are revealed, strengthening the entire community.

The Well Summit currently offers Camp Well, a 6 month experience with an in-person gathering focusing on our three anchors: UNITY, UNION, and UNLEASHING. We plan to scale our vision by:



Making the Camp Well experience financially accessible to more people.



Expanding our offering of resources for all of our alumni with a Camper Journey, bible studies & a podcast



Equipping Camp Well alumni to host Camp Well experiences in their own local communities and organizations.



Introducing guided silence and solitude retreats in 2025 for alumni to continue the work they began at our Camp Well experiences.

If you have made it this far, thank you for holding space for the assignment the Lord has placed on my life. It is not a big assignment and it is not definitely not flashy. I have tried so many times to give it back to the Lord. But each time he says, “not yet, keep going”.

What I have seen God do in almost 600 women from different life stages, cultures, denominations and stories has radically changed and grown my faith. And it has profoundly deepened the faith of the women who witness God powerfully transform the lives of OTHERS in the room. Because FREE PEOPLE, FREE PEOPLE.

This assignment may be small but it is GENERATIONAL. It will take a village of roof rippers to scale our vision – not to grow bigger, but to go deeper. Thank you for prayerfully considering being part of this village of roof rippers.
