“The Lord your God, who walked ahead of you along the way to SCOUT a place for you to pitch camp—by fire at night and cloud by day—to lead you on the way you should go.”
Deuteronomy 1:33
gathering young women who sit in the tension of feeling ‘too much’ and ‘not enough’
We know you are all overwhelmed and busy, carrying what feels like the weight of the world. You barely have margin to breathe. Others of you feel lonely in your busy life. We have created a space for you to get away, breathe, laugh, and sit across the table from someone who says “I see you” and “you are not alone”
Scout isn’t for just one girl. Young women join us from all different backgrounds- some who grew up in church and some who didn’t, some who have a 5 year vision and some who don’t know what they will do next week, some who have been thriving in their young adult years and some who have felt paralyzed by the transition into adulthood. No matter where you land – we all have one thing in common – we want to believe that God has something more for us. The SCOUT Discipleship Experience is for those of us who sit in the tension of feeling too much and not enough. We have created space to unpack and repack, pray and laugh, dream and reset as you are reminded who God is and who He says you are. We will FIND FREEDOM, ESTABLISH CLARITY & CHOOSE OBEDIENCE. This unique experience will be set against the college town of Fayetteville, Arkansas; the perfect combination of southern charm and funky vibes. While you are there, you will enjoy good meals, fun activities and time to process with mentors who have gone ahead with Jesus to “scout the way”. (think adult summer camp) Come as you are, bring what you have – or bring nothing at all – and join our community. We’re eager to cheer you on, pray you along and equip you to run confidently in the good works God has prepared in advance for you.
“I truly loved this experience! It has marked my life in a way that I will literally never be the same, and I really mean that. It showed me that God really is as personal and kind as we say He is. The last day I remember I was so caught up in His goodness and His kindness I couldn’t take it. This experience has given me encouragement in my gifts and the courage to step forward in obedience to what God has called me to. Every woman needs to do it!”

a message from jenn
founder of The Well Summit, Camp Well and SCOUT
“The Well Summit was birthed out of a desire to create safe spaces where women could come as they are, shed fear, lies and distractions, dream again or for the very first time – to establish clarity, find freedom and choose obedience ALL while returning to their first Love and the powerful Truth of the Gospel. Last fall, after hosting 8 Camp Well sessions, I looked around the room full of 25-65 year olds who were experiencing freedom for the first time and thought to myself “What if I had these tools when I was younger? What if I could have found freedom earlier in my life?” This is when SCOUT was born.

aka: the details
WHAT WILL WE DO?
S C O U T is a 4 day in person gathering that brings us back to the simplicity of the Gospel. We will be reminded of who God is and who He says we are. Our curriculum will be the catalyst for:
- Restoring our soul through rest and confession
- Reflecting on the lies and distractions holding us back
- Reflecting on our stories, motivations, strengths and values as they align with how Christ designed us
- Recommitting to our first love and greatest calling
- Reclaiming community
- Recalling truth as it relates to social and cultural issues facing this generation
- Rejoicing in the Lord’s authorship of it all
- Returning home ready for an obedient revival
WHO IS IT FOR?
S C O U T is for the young woman who needs a step away from distractions and overwhelm and find space to rest, reflect and refocus. It’s the perfect experience for:
- The one who feels stuck because she feels afraid, overwhelmed, unqualified or not enough.
- The weary doer who needs rest from burnout.
- The isolated one who has lost her own identity.
- The shamed sister who can’t seem to forgive herself.
- The grieving one who longs for comfort.
- The overwhelmed dreamer who doesn’t know where to start.
- The dream-less wanderer who isn’t sure what is next.
- The goal-driven achiever who is searching for her truest identity.
- The inspired creator who wants to start a new project.
- The undervalued leader who needs to be reminded of her “why.”
- The broken hearted who feels hopeless and alone.

“SCOUT gave me time and tools to find the truth. About what I was believing, who I was created to be, and what I am capable of. But it didn’t just do that for me. I think my favorite part of SCOUT was watching that happen for other people who were supported by women who began the weekend as complete strangers. The quickness of a community who was willing to stand up and fight for truth for someone else is a beautiful thing. You could even say that these strangers became defenders of their new friends dreams.”

“I was struggling with direction and the unknown of the future going into SCOUT, after going, I felt like the Lord wanted me to go talk to the Dean of Business at my Alma Mater about getting a doctorate to become a professor. The same week he offered me a class for the fall semester! I felt so much clarity from God and SCOUT helped me realize that I needed to change certain aspects of my life and helped grow my relationship with God in a way that I think I would have missed this opportunity if I wouldn’t have went.”
